Renova Signature
Renova is a general contractor for renovation and remodeling based in South Florida. For years, they've positioned themselves as a go-to general contractor in the area, working on all kinds of projects both big and small.
With a desire to take on higher-end projects of $500k+, they needed to appeal to larger budget clients and quickly showcase their ability to confidently design and execute on luxury builds.
We were tasked directly by the CEO to build out the new sub-brand and website for Renova Signature Projects in order to create a designated place to host their portfolio of luxury projects and services specific to these clients.
The site and brand needed to feel exclusive and luxurious while still part of the existing Renova brand family, which has existed for many years and has built brand equity in South Florida.
The Renova Signature Projects identity reflects a more visually balanced, thinner variant of the main Renova logo to have it convey a more luxurious tone. The Instrument Sans typeface helps anchor it to Renova while transitioning to a softer palette of blacks, stones, and gold give it a luxury edge.
The organization provided by an offset grid system helped give the content on the new site a sharper and more orderly and intentional look. Custom animations were modeled and rendered to highlight the end-to-end capabilities of Renova Signature Projects while providing interesting navigation through the site.
Renova Signature Projects evolves from a legacy company with the confidence to take on a project of any size. It balances trust, confidence, and modernity intended to speak directly to higher-end customers. Renova will continue to evolve with its system of niche brands targeting projects of every scope.
